You can return or exchange the products in your order within 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order and we will issue a refund or manage the exchange for another product.

How can I return a product?

If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product, the steps to follow are as follows:

1. Write to us at info@lebonn.es explaining which products you want to return or exchange, and why.
2. In case of return, prepare the package, packed as best as possible, and we will send a delivery person to your address. If it is an exchange, we will manage the shipment of the new product and in the same delivery, the delivery person will pick up yours.
3. We will process the refund as soon as we receive it at our facilities and we will notify you by email.

Los Shipping costs for returns that are not due to damage or the description does not match the reference requested, the customer will be responsible for them.

What happens if the product is damaged or does not match the description of the purchased reference?
